About Me

I've spent over 20 years leading cross-functional teams and building high-performing organizations at Amazon, Microsoft, and high-growth startups. I've seen what strong leadership makes possible, and what happens when trust erodes and systems break down.

A pivotal moment in my own career, guided by a coach, sparked a real interest in how people and organizations change, learn, and perform under pressure. I went on to earn a master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine and become an ICF-certified executive coach, building the methodology behind what I'd already seen work in practice.

Today, I work with senior leaders and the organizations they run: assessing what's working, redesigning what isn't, and building the leadership capability to sustain the change. That means coaching executives one-on-one, developing leadership teams, redesigning organizational structures, and stepping in as a fractional or interim COO when a company needs experienced operating leadership fast.

How I Work:

  • Pragmatic: I've led inside fast-moving, high-stakes organizations. I focus on what works, not theory for its own sake.

  • Invested: If we work together, I operate in your best interest and stay engaged in your outcomes.

  • Collaborative: We challenge and support each other. I'm a partner in the work, not just an outside expert.

  • Tailored: No single playbook. I build the approach around your specific goals and context.

  • Purposeful: I engage at real inflection points, when the stakes and the opportunity are both high.

Let's talk about what you're working on.
