I’ve spent decades leading cross-functional teams and scaling multi-billion-dollar businesses at Amazon, Microsoft, and mission-driven startups. I’ve seen what great leadership can unlock—and what happens when trust erodes and energy drains.
A pivotal moment in my own career, guided by a coach, sparked my obsession with how people and organizations learn, change, and thrive under pressure. I became a certified executive coach and earned a master’s in Organization Development to deepen that work.
